Sechaba Water Sciences (SWS)
Sechaba Water Sciences SCS is a subsidiary of Sechaba Engineering Consultants with major focus on Water and Wastewater treatment. Our company directors have the experience and expertise to plan and design systems that are effective from a capital expenditure, operational and maintenance perspective while ensuring that environmental and design standards and specifications are adhered to. As a subsidiary to Sechaba Engineering Consultants, we have access to strategic partnerships and associations with renowned international and local companies,enabling us to provide comprehensive consulting services for the efficient development and completion of any water project.
Primary Objective
To contribute to the infrastructure development agenda in addressing the current water developmental challenges, together with the water service delivery challenges and to contribute towards achieving the universal Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 6 which is aimed at ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
Vision Statement
To be the outstanding consulting services provider in the water services sector in South Africa, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the Continent.

To be instrumental in the establishment and delivery of innovative, technical, commercial and environmentally safe physical, chemical, microbiological and infrastructural solutions in Water and Wastewater solutions.
Team SWS International Recognition and Accomplishments
Mr Emmanuel Tetteh is the 2019 recipient of the coveted ENI-Awards for the Young Talent from Africa, in 2019.
On 2 November 2021, Mr Tetteh was awarded the Research Excellence Award for Next Generation Researchers, at the National Research Foundation (NRF) 2021 Awards.
Dr Isaac Dennis Amoah is a recipient of the 2019 International Water Association (IWA) Health-Related Water Microbiology (HRWM) Willie Grabow Young Investigator Award.
